Management
Direction, decision criteria, responsibilities, and business monitoring.
BFLD Foundation · Business assessment and transformation plan
We assess the whole company and build a plan for change: priorities, sequence, accountability, and monitoring criteria. Maturity Assessment identifies existing capabilities and those that need development.
Define your starting point with BFLDWhen it makes sense
The company may be growing with processes that no longer keep pace with operations, preparing new management, or evaluating an investment. When each area sees a different part of the problem, deciding solely on urgency increases fragmentation.
Foundation organizes what is already known, investigates what is missing, and connects dependencies. It is not an isolated assessment of each department: it is an understanding of the company as a system.
Maturity Assessment · Part of Foundation
Maturity is examined through observable practices, records, and conditions. The assessment considers five connected dimensions and helps distinguish an established capability from a routine that still depends on individual effort.
Direction, decision criteria, responsibilities, and business monitoring.
How work gets done, where it is interrupted, and how areas connect.
Knowledge, available capacity, and dependence on specific people.
Quality, availability, and use of information in decisions and operations.
How well systems fit the work, integration, and conditions for ongoing support.
The assessment does not end with a score. Evidence, gaps, and dependencies guide the choice of what to prepare first. Criteria and depth are defined according to the company's reality and objective.
What your company receives
We connect interviews, records, and observation of work to determine where change is needed. With the team, we establish what comes first and what depends on other initiatives. The deliverable guides decisions and actions rather than simply describing problems.
A shared foundation, not a mandatory separate purchase
Foundation can be commissioned on its own or included in M&A, Transition, Value Office, or Contract Engineering. The scope considers existing knowledge and the decision that needs preparation, without requiring a valid assessment to be repeated.
Implementation can be led by the team or receive BFLD's assistance, as contracted. The assessment does not represent completed implementation or results already achieved.
